Meenkunnu Beach

                                                      
Meenkunnu is a peaceful beach, 12 km from Kannur. Situated at Azhikode, its golden sands attract tourists. Meenkunnu beach is an expansion of Payyambalam Beach which is located two kilometers from the tnew rewritten of Kannur.

Although the beach is not too big place to accommodate loads of tourists at the time yet has got some of the finest hotels and staying lodges. They are sufficed by the natural beauty of the place.

This beach is not difficult to access as the railway station at Kannur is linked to all major states in the country. Airport facilities are also available near by Kannur. From there you can take any conveyance you require. The cab facility or taxi facility is always present at your services.
